A fascia panel 110 of a unit is for use in a kitchen or bathroom. The panel has a front and a rear side, a left 113 and a right side 114, and an upper 118 and an under side 116. A channel 120 is formed in the under side such that when liquid has flowed down the front side 112 of the panel and onto the under side of the panel, the liquid is directed away from the rear side of the panel. The panel has a vacuum formed outer layer covering the front side, the left/right sides and the upper and under side of the panel. The upper side of the fascia may be angled or curved towards the front side to inhibit liquid running down the rear of the panel. In other aspects, units with the panel are provided as is a method of manufacture. |
