PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Artemisia asiatica extract is provided to protect hair and to suppress hair injury due to hydrogen peroxide. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with effect of protecting hair surface and enhancing tensile strength contains Artemisia asiatica extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or mixture solvent. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a hair tonic, hair conditioner, hair essence, hair lotion, shampoo, rinse, and hair treatment. |
