PURPOSE: A separated operation type multiply divided wire winch is provided to simplify the device configuration to minimize the installation space and to improve the efficiency of a winch operation by integrating the implementation of different functions of winches through a wire drum module. CONSTITUTION: A separated operation type multiply divided wire winch includes a wire drum module(10), a first actuator(20), a second actuator(30) and a controller(40). The wire drum module is formed with multiple wire drums(11) separated from each other in a line, wherein the selected number of wire drums which are connected to each other rotates integrally and the rest of wire drums rotate individually. The first actuator is arranged on one side of the wire drum module and rotates the selected number of wire drums which are connected to each other. The second actuator is arranged on the other side of the wire drum module and rotates the rest of the wire drums, but the selected number of wire drums. The controller controls the operation of the first actuator and the second actuator.
