CONSTITUTION: A package body includes a lead frame. A reflecting layer(214) is formed on the lead frame. A nanoparticle layer(220) includes two kinds of nanoparticles on the reflecting layer. A light emitting device(100) is arranged on the lead frame. The nanoparticle layer includes nanoparticles.
