摘要 PURPOSE: A molding device for tube bulging by gas pressure using a dual pipe and a method thereof are provided to separate and supply gas which is used to expand a tube and gas which is used to expand the tube and insert a tubular material. CONSTITUTION: A molding device(1) for tube bulging by gas pressure using a dual pipe and a method thereof comprises a lower part mold(100), a upper part mold(200), a first gas inlet pipe(300), a hydraulic inlet pipe(400), a hollow type gas piston(500), a hydraulic piston(600), and a second gas inlet pipe(310). The lower part mold includes a tube material(10) which is molded. The upper part mold is installed at the upper part of the lower part mold and includes molding surface which is combined and is molded with the lower part mold in the inner surface. The first gas inlet pipe is connected to the one side of the connected upper part mold and the lower part mold. The hydraulic inlet pipe is connected to the other side of the connected upper part mold and the lower part mold. The hollow type gas piston is adhered to the one side of the tube material. The first gas inlet pipe penetrates through the hollow. The hydraulic piston is installed at the inner side of the other side of the lower part mold and the connected upper part mold which the hydraulic inlet pipe is installed. The second gas inlet pipe is connected the connected upper part mold and one side of the lower part mold. The second gas inlet pipe penetrates the outer circumference of the hollow type gas piston.
