PURPOSE: A device for measuring a surface of a cold rolled steel transferring roll is provided to measure a roll crown rapidly and accurately without the manual labor of an operator, thereby enhancing the quality of the cold rolled steel. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a surface of a cold rolled steel transferring roll comprises a supporting unit(10), a rotating unit, and a measuring unit(30). The supporting unit includes a horizontal frame(11) seated on a bottom surface, a first vertical frame(12), and a second vertical frame(13). The rotating unit includes a first guide roller(21) and a second guide roller which are installed in the supporting unit to be rotatable and a rotary motor(23). The measuring unit includes a connection frame, a concavo-convex portion sensing plate, and a vibration sensor.
