PURPOSE: An over-cooling prevention device of a forklift is provided to smoothly perform an hydraulic operation of a fork lift regardless of geographic environment and seasons, thereby having an effect of improving the reliability of the equipment and work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An over-cooling prevention device of a forklift includes a hydraulic tank(10), an oil cooling unit(20), a temperature regulator(30), a temperature detecting sensor(11) and a control unit(40). The hydraulic tank stores hydraulic oil as the oil for the hydraulic operation of a forklift. The oil cooling unit has the hydraulic oil which stores in the hydraulic tank and is circulated through a first circulation flow path(21). The temperature regulator closes the first circulation flow path when the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank is below a fixed temperature and circulates the hydraulic oil through a second circulation flow path(31), wherein the temperature regulator prevents the temperature of the hydraulic oil connected to the second circulation flow path for circulating from falling. The temperature sensor senses the temperature of the hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic tank. The control unit controls the opening and closing of the first circulation flow path or the second circulation flow path based on the values detected by the temperature sensor.
