PURPOSE: A cellular phone holder capable of reducing the cost of purchasing an extra holder is provided to hold cellular phones having various sizes and shapes, thereby providing users with convenience. CONSTITUTION: A ledge plate(130) is hinge-combined by a hinge pivot on one side of a main body in order to store a cellular phone in a storing groove. The ledge plate supports one side of the cellular phone when the cellular phone is protruded from the storing groove. A bracket(140) is fixed on a rotary plate in an attachable and detachable manner. The rotary plate is installed on the bottom surface of the main body in a rotatable manner. The bracket is fixed on a stand in an attachable and detachable manner. The stand is fixed on an installing surface.
