HEAVY WEIGHT SHACKLE AND WIRE FIXING JIG

PURPOSE: A jig for coupling heavy shackles and wires is provided to facilitate the connection of the shackles and wires in a crane connection frame by enabling the coupling between the crane connection frame and the shackles and between the shackles and wires. CONSTITUTION: A jig for coupling heavy shackles and wires comprises a body(10), support bars(20), holders(30), and seats. The body is formed of a steel frame structure. The support bars are arranged on the top of the body in order to maintain a gap between the underside of a crane connection frame(200) and the upside of the body. The holders are arranged at the corners of the body in order to erectly support target coupling shackles(50). The seats are arranged in one side of the holders in order to support pins coupled to the shackles. Stiffeners(11) are arranged on the body.
