PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically attaching a front and a back electrode substrate for a solar cell are provided to reduce manufacturing time by using an in-line type method instead of a batch type method. CONSTITUTION: A first robot arm(213) loads a front electrode substrate on a substrate transfer part. A second robot arm loads on a back electrode substrate. A third robot arm loads the front and the back electrode substrate on a heating plate of a heat cassette. A substrate attaching unit(240) attaches a pair of substrates. A manipulation command is input to a manipulation unit(250).
