PURPOSE: An Internet advertising method, an Internet advertisement payment method thereof, and a system therefor are provided to maximize an advertising effect by paying an advertising rate to a website manager and other people. CONSTITUTION: A posting writer writes a posting in a field of interest. A system measures an advertising index of the writer. The system prices an advertising rate determined on a website through the advertising index. An advertiser performs payment and an advertisement request to the writer on the website. The system inserts a photo advertisement into the posting or a profile of the writer. The system pays the advertising rate to the writer.
