PURPOSE: A light emitting module and a backlight unit are provided to improve the heat radiating efficiency of the backlight unit by considering and arranging the number of via of the light emitting module according to an installing direction of a display device or heat distribution. CONSTITUTION: Two via(33) are respectively arranged at bonding parts(A1,A2,A3,A4) of the pad(P) of (A). Four via are respectively arranged at first and third bonding parts(A1,A3) of (B). Two via are respectively arranged at second and fourth bonding parts(A2,A4) of (B). Four via are respectively arranged at first and third bonding parts(A1,A3) of (C). Three via are respectively arranged at second and fourth bonding parts(A2,A4) of (C). Four via are respectively arranged at first and third bonding parts(A1,A3) of (D). Four via are respectively arranged at second and fourth bonding parts(A2,A4) of (D).
