PURPOSE: A jig for a ladder is provided to secure the safety while working on a ladder and to facilitate the installation separation procedures. CONSTITUTION: A jig for a ladder(100) includes a latch(110), a magnet(120), a magnet detachment lever(130) and a lever handle(140). The latch has one end curved which is connected to a ladder. The magnet is coupled with the other end of the latch to be detachable to the hardware where the ladder rests. The magnet detachment lever is prepared on one side of the magnet to lift the side with the magnet attached to the hardware. The lever handle is connected to the side with the magnet detachment lever in order to enable the user to easily rotate the magnet detachment lever.
