PURPOSE: A whistle variable device corresponding to steam pressure of an eco-steam locomotive is provided to implement the image of a steam locomotive discharging steam through a steam discharging outlet and to change the sound of a whistle corresponding to the change of the pressure of the discharged white steam. CONSTITUTION: A whistle variable device corresponding to steam pressure of an eco-steam locomotive includes a water heating tank(20), a water level regulation unit, a pressure control unit(22), a temperature sensor(23), a steam guide tube(50), a cartridge chamber(60), a pressure sensor(80), a control unit(40) and an external loudspeaker(90). The water heating tank comprises a heater(21) to heat the water supplied through a water supply pipe from a water tank(10) to reach a constant temperature. The pressure control unit controls the inner pressure of the water heating tank. The temperature sensor senses the temperature of the water heating tank. The steam guide tube guides the steam heated in the water heating tank to a steam discharging outlet(100). The cartridge chamber is mounted with multiple pigment cartridges(61) to implement colors to the transferred steam. The pressure sensor senses the steam pressure inside the cartridge chamber. The control unit controls the operation of the heater according to the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor and receives the pressure numerical signal sensed by the pressure sensor. The external loudspeaker changes the volume of the relative whistle sound according to the pressure numerical changes transmitted from the pressure sensor.
