PURPOSE: A location inference apparatus capable of improving the accuracy of determining a location and a computer-readable recording medium are provided to dynamically select an optimal location determining technology by a location determining algorithm which uses various indoor location determining technologies as a hybrid type using a local area network. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(210) receives radio environment information from more than one device among a terminal and a short range communications device. A technology selection unit(220) checks each local area communications parameter included in the radio environment information. The technology selection unit selects a dynamic location determining algorithm technology suitable for the terminal using the information stored in an inference database and the local area communications parameter. A location calculation unit(240) calculates the present location information of the terminal based on the selected dynamic location determining algorithm. A transmit unit(250) transmits the calculated information of the present location to the terminal.
