PURPOSE: An inclined plane ditch for preventing scouring, a scouring prevention system, and a construction method thereof are provided to efficiently prevent scouring of a bottom surface of a U-shaped drain and a lateral surface of a ditch and to prevent damages to a ditch and a road caused by reclaiming the soil at a bottom portion of a ditch in continuous heavy rain. CONSTITUTION: An inclined plane ditch for preventing scouring comprises a wind portion formed on the lower edge portion on the upstream side of a U-shaped drain outlet. The wing portion includes at least a horizontal wing portion protruded in a horizontal outer side and a vertical wing portion protruded in a vertical downward direction.
