PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a light emitting device package and a light unit are provided to electrically connect multiple light emitting structures in series, thereby improving optical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting structure(10) includes a first semiconductor layer, a first active layer, and a second semiconductor layer. A first reflection electrode(17) is formed under the first light emitting structure. A second light emitting structure(20) includes a third semiconductor layer, a second active region, and a fourth semiconductor layer. A second reflection electrode(27) is arranged under the second light emitting structure. A contact part is electrically connected to the second reflection electrode and touches the first semiconductor layer.
