PURPOSE: A high absorbent resin composition for a shoe insole and the shoe insole using the same are provided to prevent the discomfort of others by improving sweat absorption. CONSTITUTION: A high absorbent resin composition for a shoe insole comprises 5-30 wt% of high absorbent polymer, 50-100 wt% of inorganic filler, and 1-10 wt% of vulcanizing agent against 100wt% of foaming resin. The foaming resin is one or two kinds of mixture selected from silicone rubber, silicone foamed rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, urethane foam, ethylene vinyl acetate foam, natural rubber, natural rubber foam, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, chloroprene rubber, latex, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, and PVC.
