PURPOSE: A fire escape device construction method is provided to firmly and precisely fix a lower base and a lower wing. CONSTITUTION: A fire escape device construction method comprises a step of fixing a form(400) and a lower base(100) in a place where the fire escape device is buried, and a step of firmly fixing the fire escape device(300) by fixing the lower wing(200) of the fire escape device and lower base using a bolt and a nut. The lower base is made of a stainless material.
