PURPOSE: A light emitting device package, a light unit and a display device are provided to effectively release the heat of a light emitting device by using heat slug. CONSTITUTION: A body(210) includes a through hole. Heat slug(220) is formed within the through hole. The heat slug includes a Cu alloy layer and a copper layer. The copper layer is arranged under the Cu alloy layer. A light emitting device(230) is arranged on the heat slug.
