PURPOSE: An information management system of electrical appliances is provided to embody communication between a home appliance and a wireless terminal and between the home appliance and an external service business operator server, thereby enabling a user to access necessary living information through the home appliance or the wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: A home appliance(100) has a predetermined device ID. A server system(1) records the predetermined ID of the home appliance. The server system communicates with the home appliance for transmitting/receiving predetermined information with the home appliance upon request from the home appliance with the ID recorded thereon. The home appliance communicates with a predetermined external service business operator server through the server system. The external service business operator server provides includes a living information providing server. A wireless terminal(200) communicates with the home appliance and is interlocked with the home appliance for communication.
