PURPOSE: A charging control device of an independent solar generating system and a controlling method thereof are provided to efficiently manage a generating device and a storage battery by controlling the charging of the storage battery. CONSTITUTION: An inverter circuit inverts the power generated at the solar electric generating device. A storage battery(30) charges the power generated at the solar electric generating device. The storage battery supplies the charged power to a load(40) through discharging. A voltage / current sensor part(110) detects the voltage and current of the storage battery power. A control part(100) analyzes the voltage and the current detected by the voltage / current sensor part and determines whether an auxiliary generator(120) for additional charging to the storage battery is implemented. The control part outputs an operating control signal of the auxiliary generator. The auxiliary generator is turned on and off according to the operating control signal and generates power. The auxiliary generator charges the storage battery with the generated power.
