PURPOSE: A producing method of bean sprout soup without a boiling process is provided to reduce the inconvenience of preparing and cooking the bean sprout soup. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean sprout soup without a boiling process comprises the following steps: mixing 80-90wt% of bean sprouts and 10-20wt% of radish to obtain a bean sprout mixture(S10); rapidly drying the bean sprout mixture(S20); freeze-molding the dried bean sprout mixture into the predetermined shape(S30); preparing additives by mixing 5-10wt% of sea tangle, 1-3wt% of garlic, 1-3wt% of pine needles, and 2-5wt% of salt(S40); sealing the additives, and packaging the additives with the bean sprout mixture in a container(S50); rapidly drying 50-70wt% of rice, and sealing the rice; and packaging the rice with the additives and the bean sprout mixture. |
