PURPOSE: A lubricating improver is provided to improve a storage stability by the lubricity and oxidation blocking. CONSTITUTION: A lubricating improver comprises a saturated fatty acid methyl ester derivative including at least one of biodiesel used as the lubricity improver of fuel; which is a 1,2- dimethoxy ethylene structure unit represented by the chemical formula a by converting a double bond of an existing fatty acid methyl ester into a dimethoxy group.
