PURPOSE: An anti-glare and anti-reflective coating composition is provided to provide an image display device with excellent visibility. CONSTITUTION: An anti-glare and anti-reflective coating composition comprises a (meth)acrylate monomer, hollow silica nanoparticles, quaternary ammonium salt, a mixture solvent of an alcohol-based solvent and ketone-based solvent, and a photopolymerization initiator. The average particle diameter of the hollow silica nanoparticle is 1-100 nm and the comprised amount of the hollow silica nanoparticle is 1-25 weight% based on 100 weight% of the anti-glare and anti-reflective coating composition. An anti-glare and anti-reflective film comprises a substrate; and an anti-glare and anti-reflective layer which is formed on the substrate, and has an uneven surface due to an aggregate of hollow silica nanoparticles.
