PURPOSE: A precise numerical map manufacture system through coordinate data and topological data integration is provided to improve the accuracy of position data. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cylinder(320) is installed on the upper part of a central support(300). A plurality of cylinder hems round a rotary guide(200). Cylinders raise a cylinder shaft(321) in a state of being fixed to the upper part of the central support. The upper part of a plurality of cylinder shaft is contacted with the lower surface of a base plate(100). The upper part of a plurality of cylinder shaft is formed in a convex shape, contacts with the lower surface of the base plate, and minimizes the friction force with the lower surface of the base plate. A controller(400) controls an operation of a plurality of first driver(310). A plurality of first driver controls the raising location or the raising operation of the cylinder shaft which is installed at a plurality of cylinder.
