PURPOSE: A hands-free control apparatus and method thereof are provided to enable a user to remotely operate an electronic apparatus by recognizing motions of the user. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(110) analyzes signals from an image sensor. The control unit creates a predetermined value corresponding to a blinking pattern. The blinking pattern is related to the eyes of a user. The control unit can transmit the predetermined value to an interworking apparatus using a wired or a wireless interface.
