PURPOSE: An electronic component supplying device and a supplying method thereof are provided to reduce time for supplying a component by storing electronic components in a carrier tape and omitting a cover tape attaching process. CONSTITUTION: A supporting device(2) supports a stick feeder(100) for storing an electronic component. The supporting device supports the stick feeder to maintain a horizontal state. An injecting device(4) is combined with the supporting device. The injecting device moves the electronic component stored in the stick feeder to a pickup position. The injecting device injects gas, which is for moving the electronic device stored in the stick feeder to the pickup position, to the inside of the stick feeder.
