PURPOSE: A hybrid transparent electrode of a bi-level structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electrical resistance by composing the structure of the transparent electrode with a bi-level hybrid structure having a nanoparticle layer and a nanoline layer. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid transparent electrode of a bi-level structure includes a nanoline layer and a nanoparticle layer on a substrate. The nanoline layer is formed by heat treating coated nanoline ink. The nanoparticle layer is formed by heat treating coated nanoparticle ink.
