POROUS METAL OXIDE DIELECTRIC PARTICLE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND SHEET-LIKE CAPACITOR CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide porous metal oxide dielectric particles having a higher relative dielectric constant than conventional particles.

SOLUTION: The porous metal oxide dielectric particles have a great number of open pores, wherein a pore area measured according to a mercury intrusion porosimetry of JIS R 1655 is 3-35 m2/g. The dielectric particles have an average particle diameter D50of 0.1-2 μm and a maximum particle diameter of ≤10 μm. The crystal structure of the metal oxide preferably has a perovskite structure represented by ABO3(wherein A and B each independently represent at least one metal atom).
