<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning tool capable of handling workpieces in various shapes. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning tool for the alignment of a workpiece placed on a table of a machine tool includes a body having a through-hole in which a fixing bolt fixed to a tool fixing hole formed at the table is inserted, an arm that protrudes outward radially from the body, an eccentric pin rotatably arranged to the arm, and a pin lock for regulating the rotation of the eccentric pin.
