PURPOSE: An air cleaning and energy reduction system are provided to enable a user to easily install the system in a building without largely converting the structure of a building. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan(110) provides air for ventilating indoor air. A heater(120) heats the indoor air. A cooler(130) cools the indoor air. A sensing unit(140) outputs a sensing signal by measuring temperature and a pollution degree for the indoor air. When the pollution degree for the indoor air exceeds the preset value, a control unit(150) operates the ventilation fan. A carbon dioxide sensor transmits a sensing signal to the control unit by sensing carbon dioxide. A smoke sensor transmits the sensing signal to the control unit by sensing the indoor smoke. A dust sensor transmits the sensing signal to the control unit by sensing indoor dust.
