PURPOSE: An evaporation humidification kit is provided to generate humidification condition with evaporation by evaporating water in a wet-laid filter through the contact of air currents and by maintaining the moistened state of a filter through a capillary action between the filter and a wick in a state where the water tank is filled with water. CONSTITUTION: An evaporation humidification kit comprises a water tank(10) and a wet-laid filter(20). The water tank accommodates a fixed amount of water in a container of a closure structure being opened by a stopper. A wick(14) is inserted on the surface of the water tank in order to pass through the inside. The wet-laid filter comprises a plurality of filters(22) and a frame(21) detachably connected to the water tank. A plurality of filters enable free passages of air in the frame and is in a moistened stated due to a capillary by touching the wick of the water tank in a connected state.
