<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for continuous hot-dip metal plating, capable of producing a beautiful thin plated steel sheet without causing defects due to splash. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for continuous hot-dip metal plating, a molten metal is supplied to a roll (B) by a roll (A) in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, the roll (B) rotating in the same direction as that of a roll (A) at a contact part with the roll (A), and the roll (A) partially being immersed in a molten metal bath and rotating. Then, the molten metal is supplied on a surface of a continuously running steel sheet by the roll (B) to perform plating, the roll (B) rotating in the same direction as that of the steel sheet at a contact part with the steel sheet.
