<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system compatible of the accounting management of a communication provider with the load reduction of a mobile core network to solve the conventional problem of being incapable of accounting management if packet off-load is performed to reduce the mobile core network load, because the accounting management for mobile terminals is carried out in a mobile core network node. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a first node for transmitting packets; a second node, included in the mobile core network, for transmitting a trigger signal indicating packet off-load transmitted from the first node when a packet communication amount transmitted from the first node reaches a preset threshold; and based on the trigger signal, a third node for off-loading the traffic of the mobile core network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
