<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout implement with a gas barrier function added, which is attached to a packaging bag formed into a bag shape by a resin sheet and is used. <P>SOLUTION: The spout implement 1 includes: a cylindrical spout part 2 having a channel formed therein; an attachment part 3 which is formed protrusively on a lateral surface lower part of the spout part 2 and attaches the packaging bag. The spout part 2 is configured to be separable into a spout upper part 20 and a spout lower part 10. A blocking wall 11 for blocking a channel is disposed on the spout lower part 10 and a gas barrier film 60 is attached to the lower surface of the blocking wall 11.
