<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller capable of sufficiently suppressing charge-up. <P>SOLUTION: The developing roller comprises a conductive shaft core body, an elastic layer and a conductive surface layer formed in the outer periphery of the elastic layer. The elastic layer consists of a cured substance of liquid silicone rubber including: a first carbon black with DBP oil absorption of 20 ml/100 g or more and 50 ml/100 g or less; and a second carbon black with DBP oil absorption of 150 ml/100 or more and 220 ml/100 g or less. The liquid silicone rubber contains the first carbon black of 6.5 or more parts by mass and 14 or less parts by mass with respect to the liquid silicone rubber of 100 parts by mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
