DEVICE FOR PREVENTING DREDGED SEDIMENT FROM FALLING TO WATER SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dredged sediment overflowing from a grab bucket from falling to a water surface during transferring.

SOLUTION: A first panel 16 having an inclined plane inclined to a hold 56 side and a second panel 18 having an inclined plane inclined to a grab frame side are installed on a broadside 30 of a barge 12, and a third panel 24 having an inclined plane inclined to the inside of a grab frame 14 is installed on a float part 86 of the grab frame 14. The first panel 16 and the second panel 18 are arranged such that the upper end of the inclined plane of the first panel 16 is positioned vertically upwards above the upper end of the inclined plane of the second panel 18 and so as to have an area a1 where these two ends are superposed to each other in a vertical direction. The second panel 18 and the third panel 24 are arranged such that the lower end of the inclined plane of the second panel 18 is positioned vertically upwards above the upper end of the inclined plane of the third panel 24 and so as to have an area a2 where the lower end of the inclined plane of the second panel 18 and the upper end of the inclined plane of the third panel 24 ends are superposed to each other in a vertical direction.
