<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for widely securing a display area of a display device, when arranging the display device and a stereo loudspeaker in front of an on-vehicle audio apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This loudspeaker integrated 2DIN audio apparatus 1 includes a liquid crystal display 6, a driver's seat side loudspeaker 7 and a front passenger seat side loudspeaker 8 arranged so as to sandwich the liquid crystal display 6 from the right-left and constructing the stereo loudspeaker, on a front face 12.
