<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat belt-like structure having excellent plasticity and flexibility in spite of being made of a nonmetal. <P>SOLUTION: The flat belt-like structure comprises a spiral wire body having the same pitch and rotating clockwise and a spiral wire body rotating anti-clockwise in which both the spiral wire bodies are alternately combined at each loop part, made into a single thread and the single thread is formed into a flat belt-like state. These spiral wire bodies are each constituted of a thermofusible component composed of a low-melting-point polymer and a plurality of fiber-forming components composed of a high-melting-point polymer. In the spiral wire bodies, the plurality of the fiber-forming components are fixed and integrated by the melting of the thermofusible component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
