<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor capable of surely removing noise components even when any noise component is included in an output signal from a charge amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor includes a low pass filter 47 configured by connecting a capacitor 45 and a resistor 46 in parallel to a differential amplifier 40 for amplifying a difference value between output signals outputted from a first charge amplifier 38 and a second charge amplifier 39 in a detection circuit 37 to remove noise components from the output signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
