<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input candidate display method for displaying a word that a user desires to input at high probability. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes: retrieval word acquisition processing for acquiring a first retrieval word; identification information acquisition processing for acquiring identification information showing an acquisition destination of the first retrieval word; a result acquisition processing for performing retrieval based on the first retrieval word and acquiring data corresponding to a retrieval result; a word extraction processing for extracting a word included in the data from the data; storage processing for associating the identification information with the word extracted from the data to store them in a storage part; character acquisition processing for acquiring at least a portion of a character of a second retrieval word input at the acquisition destination on the basis of the retrieval result; input candidate extraction processing for extracting at least one word having the character from the storage part; and input candidate output processing for outputting the extracted word having the character. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
