<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for precisely measuring various kinds of time related to processing with a self-checkout terminal and easily controlling the time. <P>SOLUTION: A self-checkout terminal includes: selection buttons for selecting a storage member for storing commodities to be purchased; registration means for performing sales registration of the commodities to be purchased after the storage member is selected by one of the selection buttons; a payment start button for instructing payment start for price of the commodities sales-registered; payment processing means for performing payment processing of the price of the commodities sales-registered in one transaction processing when the payment start is instructed by the payment start button; measurement means for measuring a first required time from the selection of the storage member by the selection button to the completion of the commodity sales registration by the registration means and a second required time from the instruction of the payment start by the start button to the completion of the payment processing by the payment processing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
