<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing fiber-reinforced plastic molding material that can uniformly distribute fiber and manufacture molding material with good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: An inner surface of a splaying chamber 6 formed on a rotating body 4 is coated with a resin compound 2. Fiber 3 is sprayed on a surface of the resin compound 2.
