<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat lid device remarkably reducing a clearance between a case and a toilet cover, reducing a turning region of a toilet cover support member when the toilet cover turns, and prevented from the entry of dust, dirt, water, etc. into the case. <P>SOLUTION: The toilet seat lid device includes: a toilet seat box 1; the toilet cover 3 turnably mounted to the toilet seat box 1 by a connecting member 10; the toilet seat turnably mounted through pivots; and the like. The connecting member 10 includes a base bar 11, joint links 12, 15, and a pair of main links 13, 14.
