<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion wind generation device of a ground electrode coating system in which net fluid movement is achieved by covering a ground electrode partially and thereby generating non-uniform discharge before and after a wire electrode. <P>SOLUTION: An ion wind generation device 1 for generating ion wind induced by corona discharge that is generated by applying a high voltage between electrodes comprises: a pair of planar ground electrodes 11a, 11b connected with the ground and disposed so as to face each other; a linear line electrode 13 arranged in a counter spatial region 12 where the ground electrodes 11a, 11b faces each other, in parallel therewith, and to which a high voltage is applied; an insulation cover 15 disposed in a part of the counter surface in the pair of planar ground electrodes 11a, 11b at a position on the upstream side in the output direction of ion wind; and a voltage application unit 14 which applies a voltage to the line electrode 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
