PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing anthocyanin is provided to block UV ray and cheaply obtain the composition using fruits, vegetables, and grains. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with an UV protection effect contains anthocyanin of pH 3-6 and a skin compatibility carrier. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, skin, or cream. Anthocyanin is isolated from various fruits, vegetables, and/or grains with distilled water by infusion and enfleurage. The cosmetic composition also contains purified water, oil, surfactant, moisturizing agent, chelating agent, coloring agent, fatty acid, antioxidant, wax, pH adjusting agent, perfume, preservative, neutralizing agent, or a mixture thereof. |
