PURPOSE: Manufacturing method and apparatus for a drug rubber stopper are provided to mold the rubber stopper in separate parts without a trimming process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a drug rubber stopper comprises the following steps: inserting plural sheets of round rubber material plates(300) into a molding groove of a lower mold(200); transferring the lower mold to a compression press; pressing an upper mold with a molding protrusion on the lower mold; opening the upper and lower molds, and separating the molded rubber stopper by vacuum-absorbing the stopper to the upper mold; and releasing the vacuum from the upper mold. |
