PURPOSE: A control type fusion manufacturing system, a method and a multipurpose denatured PTFE head formed using the same is provided to manufacture a multipurpose denatured PTFE head having a various shapes and sizes by 1:1 tailor-made manufacturing technique. CONSTITUTION: A control type fusion manufacturing system consists of a heater part(10), a jig supporter, a fusion jig, a lift(40), a PTFE head mother material, a PTFE capillary tube clamp(60), a clamp supporter, a temperature sensor part(80) and a micom part(90). The clamp supporter is located in one side of the PTFE capillary tube clamp, and supports a vertically installed PTFE capillary tube not to be twisted by external force. The temperature sensor part measures and transfers temperature applied to the denatured PTFE head mother material to the micom part in a position penetrating one side of the heater part and locates inside of the heater part. The micom part receives temperature transferred to the temperature sensor part, thereby controlling the denatured PTFE head mother material to reach the melting point, and controlling the melting point to be maintained for 2-15 hours according to the size of a PTFE head mother material.
