<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excess output ripple of a booster circuit by adjusting boost capability according to a load current. <P>SOLUTION: A booster circuit 1 includes: a control unit 2 that generates a booster-circuit output VPP by varying a booster-unit output CPO and generates a control voltage CON1 according to the amount of a load current of the booster-circuit output VPP; a power-supply step-down unit 3 that generates a booster-unit power supply VDDP by varying a voltage of a power supply VDDP1 according to the control voltage CON1; and a booster unit 4 that generates the booster-unit output CPO by varying a voltage of the booster-unit power supply VDDP according to a difference between a voltage of the booster-circuit output VPP and a target voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
